This sponsorship level covers food, veterinary care, and professional puppy training from birth to 16 weeks of age. - **Name a Puppy $15,000:** Choose a special name for one of our service dog puppies. This sponsorship level covers food, veterinary care, and professional puppy training from birth to 10-12 months of age. ## Sponsorship Benefits - **Support Our Mission:** Your generous donation directly supports the training and care of our puppies, helping them become life-changing service dogs. - **Create a Legacy:** Leave a lasting impact by naming a puppy that will go on to provide invaluable assistance and companionship. - **Stay Connected:** Receive email updates on your sponsored puppy, quarterly social media shoutouts featuring sponsor involvement, and acknowledgment in our newsletter. You'll also receive professional digital portraits of your puppy throughout its four or ten month journey with Project 2 Heal, depending on your sponsorship level. ## How to Sponsor - **Online Donation:** Visit our donation page and select the "Name a Puppy Sponsorship" option. (create a form/payment link unique to this sponsorship?) - **Mail a Check:** Send a check with "Name a Puppy Sponsorship" and the dog’s name in the memo made out to Project 2 Heal. Please contact our Director of Operations for more details. - **Corporate Sponsorship:** Businesses can also participate by sponsoring a puppy and involving employees in the naming process.
