Catching Up with Carson & Calder the Hockey Dog!

In 2019, Project 2 Heal teamed up with the Charlotte Checkers hockey team to train a puppy to become a service dog. Named after the American Hockey League's championship trophy—the Calder Cup—our dog Calder was donated to Carson Clough, owner of Charlotte-based business The Giddy Goat Coffee Roasters.
